Description
Holland Weeks married Harrietta Byron Hopkins (d. 1813), daughter of Moses Hopkins and Anna Whiting, in 1799 in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. They had six children. He married Adelia Clapp Grave in 1815. He died in 1843 in Henderson, New York.

Description
The first Weeks to come to America was Leonard Weeks (1635-1707) who settled in Portsmouth with his wife, Mary Haines. They were the parents of Joshua Weeks (1674-1758) who married Comfort Hubbard, the sister of a wealthy Boston merchant. Their descendants became prominent in New Hampshire. In 1786, John Wingate Weeks (1749-1818) moved his family to Lancaster, New Hampshire. Descendants live in Lancaster and other parts of New Hampshire.
