Frederick Hotop was born in 1827 at Broistedte Herzogth Braunschweig, Germany and married Sophia Weidman. They immigrated in 1885 to Franklin, Iowa and later moved to West Point Township, Lee County, Iowa. He died in 1912 and was buried in Franklin, Iowa.

Description
Bernhart Gardner, with his wife, Barbara Weidman, emigrated from Bremen, Germany, and settled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in the first part of the eighteenth century. They had a daughter and seven sons, all but one of whom moved to what is now Adams County, Pennsylvania, before 1800. Many descendants still live in Adams County.
Includes the Weidman and other related families.
Contains Bible records, letters, documents, etc.

Alexander Mitchell was born in about 1685 in Corboy, Longford, Ireland. He married Margerrett. They emigrated in 1729. Alexander died at sea and Margerett died shortly after arrving in Massachusetts.
