Hugh Logan Ennis (1838?-1864) married Elizabeth Jane Bradshaw in 1857 in Washington County, Arkansas; he subsequently served with the Confederates during the Civil War, and died of small pox while a prisoner-of-war. Descendants and relatives lived in Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota and elsewhere.

Luken Wessels (1858-1935) married Lubena Fekkers in 1878, and in 1903 they emigrated from Germany to Klemme, Hancock County, Iowa (to join a son they had sent the year before). Descendants and relatives lived in Iowa, Colorado and elsewhere.

Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of Alexander Miller. He was born in Inchinnan Scotland ca. 1759. He married Jean Allan ca. 1780 in Inchinnan, Scotland. She was baptised 30 Nov 1760 at Inchinnan, Scotland, the daughter of David Allan and Margaret Wilson. The family immigrated to America ca. 1784. They were the parents of fifteen children, two died young.

Isaac De Riemer emigrated from Holland to New Amsterdam, New York. He married Lysbet Grevenraet in about 1640 and they had four children. Lysbet married twice after Isaac's death. She died in about 1687. It is probable that the De Riemers' ancestors in Holland were descendants of French Huguenot immigrants to Holland. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado and elsewhere.

Johann Friedrick Vorwald, son of Berend Heinrich Vorwald and Maria Theresa Englestroth, was chirstened in 1782 in Neunkirchen im Hulsen, Hanover, Germany. He married Anna MAria Hackmann. They had nine children. He died in about 1854 in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Iowa.

"Jacob Leisler ... from Frankfort, came to New Netherland a soldier in the West India Company's service in 1660. He embarked in the ship Otter from Amsterdam, the 27th of April of that year. There was a tradition among his descendants that he came originally from France, and a vague report, a hundred years or so ago in New York, that he was Swiss.
