Walter Scott Childers (1858-1942) was born in Scotland County, Missouri, son of Robert P. and Mary Jane Williams Childers of Kentucky, Illinois, and Missouri. Walter married Sally Bell Whalen in 1883 and settled in Almira, Washington in 1889-1890. Childers are traced to Robert and Nancy Pryor Childers who immigrated to Kentucky from Virginia in 1792. Descendants live in Washington, Oregon, and elsewhere.

Francis Gillespie (1829-1903), son of Francis Gillespie and Rosie, was born in New Brunswick. He married Nancy Anne Riordan (1832-1905). They had seven children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New Brunswick.

Patrick O'Toole was born in about 1800 in County Wicklow, Ireland. He married Margaret Doyle and they had five children. Patrick died in about 1845 and Margaret and the children immigrated to Canada in about 1848. Margaret died in 1877 in Peel Township, Wellington County, Ontario. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Michigan.

Alfred Smith Tait, son of Arthur Wallace Tait and Carrie Esther Smith, was born in 1918 in Marysville, New Brunswick. He married Alta Ferne Hanson (1913-2002). They had three children. He died in 2002.
