Thomas Disbrow Sr. immigrated from England to Maryland ca. 1680, and settled in Fairfield, Connecticut. About 1680, he married the widow Mercy Holbridge Nichols, who had two sons by her first husband. She and Thomas had son, Thomas Disbrow Jr. (ca. 1680-1757), who married Abigail Godwin in 1708. John Rockett (ca.1800-1853) emigrated from England to New Haven, Connecticut, married Amanda Garson in 1821, and moved to New York City during or before 1826 (when he became a citizen). After Amanda's death, he married Rebecca Klopfer in 1829. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, Illinois, Texas, California and elsewhere.

Anderson Bloomer, son of Robert Bloomer and Elizabeth Purdy, was born in 1771 in Westchester, New York. He married Margaret Van Wagner (1773-1808), daughter of John Frederick Van Wagner, in 1793. They had six children. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in New York and New Jersey.
