Thomas Whitsett (1807-1877), son of Samuel Whitsett and Susan Lowe, was born in Rockingham County, N.C.. He married Susan Caroline Hooks in 1845 in Dooly County, Georgia. Descendants lived in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Texas, and elsewhere.

Isaiah Whitsett Irvin (1819-1871) was a descendant of Andrew Irvin whose father came from Ireland and settled in Old Virginia. Some of the family migrated to Ohio, to Kentucky and later to Iowa. Isaiah married Virginia A. Barrere (1822- ) in 1841 in Fayette County, Ohio. Their two sons were born in Davis County, Iowa.

Adam Spach was born 20 January 1720 in Pfaffenhofen, Alsace, Germany. He married Maria Elisabeth Hueter (1731-1799) 17 December 1752 in Fredrickstown, Maryland. They had nine children. Adam died 23 August 1801 in Freidberg, North Carolina. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana and Texas.
