David Sherk, son of Casper Sherk and Feronica Groff, was born in about 1782 in Earl Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He married Barbara Graybiel, daughter of John Graybiel and Barbara Bowman, in about 1806. They had eight children. He died in Humberstone Township, Niagara Distirct, Upper Canada. Johann Nicolas Neu (b.1716), son of Johan Philipp Neu, married Maria Margaretha Henn in 1740, and in 1741 immigrated from the Palatinate of Germany to Philadelphia. They settled on land in Lancaster (now Schuylkill) County, Pennsylvania. Descendants (chiefly spelling the surname Nye) and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New York, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, Oregon, California and elsewhere.

Torger Olsen Nerbye, son of Ole Torgrimsen Nerbye and Johanne Larsdatter Lien Søberg, was born in 1793 in Hof, Solør, Hedmark, Norway. He married Marit Bjornsdatter Granum in 1824. He married Kari Hansdatter Lien in 1833 in Fluberg, Oppland, Norway. They had seven children. He died in 1865. Willi Winger, son of Johannes Winger and Anna, was born on March 27, 1921, in Sarata, Bessarabia. As a young man, he was drafted into the German Army and served as an interpreter. He married Lilly Mayer, daughter of Nathaniel Mayer (1888-1956) and Clara L. Jundt (1888-1967), on Jan. 6, 1944, in Bergsadt, Poland. They had four children. They immigrated in 1952 and settled in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Thomas Holladay was born in about 1645 in Chalford, Gloucester, England. He immigrated to America and was living in Jamestown, Virginia in 1660. He married Elizabeth Seville in 1670 and they had five children. He married Sarah Webb in 1678 and they had six children. Thomas died in Prince George County, Maryland in 1702.
