Ulrich Steiner, Son of Christian Steiner and Mary Bosinger, was born 18 December 1795 in Boron, Alsace. He married Barbara Steiner, daughter of Christian Steiner and Catherine Luginbuhl, in 1821. They had thirteen children. They emigrated in 1825 and settled in Ohio. Joseph Yeager (Jäger) was born 30 October 1739 or 1740 in Germany. He married Catherine Becker (1743-1799).
