John George Yeager was the first known Yeager to immigrate to Pennsylvania in 1712 with his sons named Peter, Andreas, Nicholas, Anthony and George. Descendants lived primarily in Pennsylvania with later generations of Yeagers living in various states of the northeastern United States.

She was born February 15, 1761 in Philadelphia and died November 26, 1839 in Philadelphia. Marks died October 25, 1839 in Philadelphia. They had 12 children.
