Jacob K. Yoder was born 4 January 1852. His parents were David D. Yoder (1817-1877) and Barbara Yoder (1818-1877). He married Catherine Swartzentruber (1857-1935), daughter of Joseph C. Swartzentruber and Lydia Kauffman, 20 December 1877. They had ten children.

Helen Ross Barber was born 16 August 1911 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her parents were Robert Lyman Barber and Onnie Ross. She became an elementary school teacher in 1934. She married Julian Clifton Yoder 24 December, 1937. They had a son and a daughter. They lived in Boone, North Carolina and her husband was a college professor at Appalachian State University.

Moses E. Yoder (1846-1916) was born in Juniata County, Pennsylvania to Joel and Franie Yoder. In 1875 he married Saloma Speicher (1857- 1936), daughter of Abraham and Saloma Yoder Speicher. They were the parents of eight children. They lived for a time in Nebraska but eventually returned to Pennsylvania. Most of the descendants are practicing Amish and live in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Michel Yoder, son of Samuel Yoder and Mary Gingerich, was born 4 November 1788 in Germany. He married Magdalena Eash (1787-1869), daughter of Samuel Eash and Catharina Fry. They had four children. They emigrated in 1825 and settled in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Joas D. Yoder was born January 21, 1860, died November 20, 1941; married December 25, 1884 to Elizabeth Stutzman, born February 22, 1865 and died April 17, 1949. She was the daughter of Andrew C. and Mary (Yoder) Stutzman. He had residence in Millersburg, Ohio. Joas and Elizabeth had ten children.
Descendants are found mainly in Ohio.
