Description
The original Catholic church for the area was St. Columba (also called St. Columbkill or Columbia) in Bornish. Before 1871, it was known as the Church of West Williams. The Catholics of Parkhill did not have a church to meet in until the Sacred Heart Church was dedicated Nov. 7, 1875.
