Bulletin for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Eells (and variant spellings) families whose ancestors came from England to America in the late 1600's to the early 1700's. Some early ancestors first settled in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Ohio, New York and in Nova Scotia (Canada). Descendants later migrated elsewhere in the United State and Canada.

Henry Kingman (1594-ca.1666), of Welsh lineage, emigrated from England to Weymouth, Massachusetts in 1635. Includes other immigrant ancestors and their descendants (some with surnames spelled Kingsman, Kinsman, etc.). Descendants lived throughout the United States and elsewhere.

Description
Joshua Ells, son of Thomas Eells (1675-1724) and Abigail Glover, was born 9 November 1712 in Milton, Massachusetts. He married Mary Bill (1721-1797), daughter of James Bill and Mary Waddell, in 1740. They had eleven children. He died in about 1797 in Cornwallis Township, Nova Scotia.

William Bradway married Comfort Fish about 1714/1715, probably at Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Richard Bradway (1768-1808) was a direct descendant in the fourth generation. He moved to Schoharie County, New York and married Huldah Rouse about 1790/1791.
