Amos V. Lashley was born January 5, 1790, place unknown. he married Sarah Worley December 18, 1818 in Whitley County, Kentucky. She was born October 6, 1800 in South Carolina and died June 17, 1889 in Iron County, Missouri. Amos died February 15, 1873 in Iron County, Missouri.

William Washington Alexander was born 17 February 1777 in Cecil County, Maryland. His parents were William Alexander and Elizabeth Carruthers. He married Lucy Sprague in about 1803, probably in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Her parents were Thomas Sprague and Hannah Cobb. William and Lucy had five children. Lucy died in 1816.
