Rev. Kramlich was a Lutheran pastor who served from 1858 to 1900 the following churches: Christ Lutheran in Rockland Township, St. Paul's Lutheran at Trexlertown, Huff's Lutheran in Hereford Township, Moselem Zion's Lutheran in Richmond Township, St. Luke's Lutheran at Shoemakersville, Zion Lutheran in Maxatawny Township and at churches in Mertztown, Fleetwood and Topton.

"This church is sometimes called the Moselem church of the German Reformed, being located nearly a mile north of Moselem Springs on the Kutztown Road.".
Church is located in Richmond Township three miles northwest of Fleetwood.
