Description
John Stickley/Stoekli/Stukli (ca. 1700-1770), came to America in 1719. He settled in Chester, County, Pennsylvania. About 1730 John with his neighbors bought land in Shenandoah Valley region in Virginia and migrated there. He married Barbara Morgan (d. 1786) before 1737. Both died in Frederick County, Virginia. They had eight children. Descendants in this book are mainly through Jacob and Benjamin Stickley. Descendants live in Virginia, Iowa, Kansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas and elsewhere.
