Description
Richard H. Hurry (1775-1844) was born in Maryland. By 1815 he had moved to Georgia. He later moved to Monroe County, Alabama. Richard was the father of six children, one of whom was Mary "Polly" Hurry (1815-1880). She married John Wiggins (1814-1864) in 1836. Descendants live in Alabama.
