Periodical for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Andrus (and variant spellings), especially the descendants of Ruluf Andrus (1773-1849) and his wife, Azuba Smith (1777-1830). Their families and relatives came mainly from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia in the 1700s. Description
Ruluf Andress (1773-1849) moved from Connecticut to Vermont, and then to New York and Ohio. He married twice (both times in Ohio). One of his sons, Milo Andrus (1814-1893), became a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Descendants of Ruluf lived in Ohio, Illinois, Utah, California and elsewhere.

Description
Ebenezer Brown (1801-1879) was of the son of William and Hanna Sweet Brown. He was born in Herkimer (formerly Montgomery) County, New York. He and Ann Weaver were married in 1823. The family moved to Far West, Missouri in 1838. He married Phebe Draper Palmer in 1842 and joined the Mormon Battalion soon after.

George Danskin was born 21 June 1777 in Cumberland, Dunbarton, Scotland. His parents were William Danskin (1748-1806) and Mary Ann Maine. He married Elizabeth Moffett, daughter of John Moffett and Agnes Cumbernauld, in 1797. They had twelve children. They emigrated and settled first in Canada and then in Iowa.
