Samuel Boreman (1615-1673) was born at Banbury, Oxfordshire, England, the son of Christopher and Julian Carter Boreman. His family moved to Claydon near Banbury in 1619. There he married Mary Betts. They had ten children. The family immigrated to America in 1638 and settled first at Ipswich, Massachusetts. They moved to Wethersfield, Connecticut, in 1641. Elisha Hulce (ca. 1725-ca. 1796) was born in Long Island, New York. He married Elizabeth Little ca. 1750 in Orange County, New York. Elisha later died in Minisink, Orange, New York. James Hulce/Hulst (1791-1875) was born in Monmouth, New Jersey, son of William Hulst (1762-ca. 1793). He married Mary Hoagland (1791-1871). Both died in East Millstone, Somerset, New Jersey. Descendants live throughout the U.S.

James Clarkson Leetham was born 4 August 1860 in Provo, Utah. He was the son of John Harrison Leetham and Ann Clarkson who were both born in Yorkshire, England. James married Lydia Ann Conover 16 Janurary 1884 in Provo and they were the parents of five children who were all born and reared in Utah. James died in 1932 and Lydia in 1949. Ancestors were from England and descendants lived primarily in Utah and elsewhere.
