Abraham Finch (ca. 1585-after 1640) was born in Yorkshire, England. He immigrated to America in 1630 in the "Winthrop Fleet" with Abraham Finch, Jr., Daniel Finch, and John Finch, probably his sons. David Cooke, son of Charles and Anne (Greene) Cooke was born in 1779 in Coventry, Rhode Island and later moved to New York. He later settled in Illinois ca. 1839 and then Iowa in 1853. Elizabeth Ethel Davis was born in Utah in 1888. Her family were converts to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from Wales. She married Joseph Finch and they were the parents of seven children. She raised her family alone after her husband died in 1938. Andrew Cummins died in 1834 or 1835 in Greene County Pennsylvania. He had 6 children, one of whom was Benjamin Franklin Cummins. Benjamin was born in 1784. He married around 1805 Elizabeth Finch (b. 1783), daughter of Samuel and Peninah Brown Finch. Benjamin and Elizabeth had 6 children. Benjamin died in 1836 while Elizabeth died in 1875.
